The master bedroom, known as the "Mermaid Room," and the living room both offer sliding door access to a full-length patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails with breathtaking views of the beach and pool.
For divers, the villa is a dream come true. It includes a convenient outdoor shower, plenty of space to hang and dry dive gear, and is centrally located near Cozumel’s world-renowned reefs.
Dive trip pickups are effortless with our private pier, where boats can collect you for quick access to some of the best dive spots in the area. After a day in the water, retreat to the villa’s air-conditioned comfort, relax on the patio, or take a dip in the infinity pool

Everything about this beach house was an absolute dream, and we are already scheming on how to get back to it… The beach house itself is just steps away from an AMAZING infinity pool and pier that juts out into the ocean water. Our three kids (tween/teens) loved snorkeling right off the pier - they saw plenty of tropical fish and one nice barracuda.

The most important: the home! Maybe 30 to 40 steps of the most beautiful clear waters! The sunsets are fantastic and worth watching every single day! Very relaxing and great community. Security helps you with all things like taxis, etc. Definitely the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

The home is even better than the listing. Check in was a snap. Best communication with rental manager and owner we have ever experienced. Any guest will not be disappointed.
